During this evening's show Host Pamela Marie Edmunds will be interviewing Author Paul Shavelson.  Their subject of conversation wil be Paul's book "Beyond the Mayan Prophecy."

More About Paul Shavelson;

30 years ago,  Paul was the recipient of the first grants from both the National Endowment of Arts and The New York State Council on the Arts given to pioneer bulletin boards and instant messaging on the then fledgling Internet.

20 years ago Paul, as a communication consultant, held a government position for the State of New York. He contracted his services to AT&T and other Fortune 100 companies to successfully produce the first wave of two-way digital broadcasts.

Beginning in 2001, Paul enjoyed being executive producer of Crossing Over With John Edward. Together with the other executive producer, psychic John Edward, and "a great collaborative staff, they produced over 800 half-hour Crossing Over episodes, from the series' humble inception on the Sci-Fi cable network, to a third year of national syndication and world-wide distribution.

The unprecedented success of Crossing Over has given Paul a high visibility within the television industry, but his diverse career spans over four decades. Since 1978, when he began field-producing and editing lifestyle segments (seen on programs such as the Today Show), he has focused his energy on championing alternative television.

Paul was the original executive producer for the FX cable morning show, Breakfast Time, as well as an executive producer on the Fox Network version of that show, entitled Fox After Breakfast. He also served as co-executive producer and director on that network's other daytime shows.
