They offer a "birds eye view" of true reality, and share a messages of the Higher Love & compassionate healing; revealing dignity for the individual, a deep compassion and reverence for the collective; the majestic "music" from behind the veil --- the coalescing of All That Is. Their sacred message carries a profound cadence that leads to the abstract coordinates for ascension into the fullness of inter-dimensional "wholeness". The "family of Jacob" explain how this game of duality consciousness is designed to help angels and imprisoned intelligences ascend to higher dimensions of intimacy with All Source by resonating All Source's intrinsic frequency of unconditional love and unity along the earthly tier.

Many pursuits have included instructing figure skating, fitness competing with the Alberta Bodybuilding Association, Calgary Stampede Ranch Girl, Lululemon Athletica Ambassador, barrel racing, and singing on a newly released CD with Blackfoot Sky. Other involvements include movie special skills riding for various movies some being Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee and Into the West. Audra takes a view and approach that encompasses both body, mind and spirit which is holistic and fits well with an Aboriginal approach and perspective. As an Aboriginal woman Audra feels that there are many who can benefit from teachings and mentoring in fitness, health and wellness. Audra’s intention is to be a force for the positive in educating, inspiring and motivating towards positive lifestyle choices. A belief in the human spirit, resiliency and feeling excited that when people have support in their lives and the tools of information to motivate, inspire, and educate makes initiatives all worthwhile! Fitness, health and wellness are one of the tools that can be put in the hands of people and this is her aim. Audra has started a Fitness, health & wellness page on Face Book where motivation, inspiration and education are promoted.
