  Join Host Marcia Johnson as she explores the Golden Age of Love ..~Now with author Don Hoes. Don lives in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area,and is a mystic poet and author who has practiced meditation for over 35 years. Don has been a strict vegetarian for 34 years and became conscious of the Audible Life Stream, (also called the Sacred Sound Current or Logos by the Greeks.) At the age of five he began Meditating, between the ages of 14 and 16, had a series of Near-Death, AfterLife, or Out of Body experiences. These experiences only led to more questions and which led him to India where he met and was inititated/baptised into this path of inner light, also known as jyoti meditation and sound, (also known as shabd or the Audible Life stream by his spiritual guide, Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj, in Delhi, India, in 1975.) He has since shared both this path and his knowledge of its mysteries to the public through talks, seminars, and workshops in prisions, college campuses, and other community vinues across the country, and around the world. Don is a graduate of RET's Electronics School in Baltimore, Md. His book, Living in the New Golden Age of Love - Now, is currently due out later in 2010.

Audra takes a view and approach that encompasses both body, mind and spirit which is holistic and fits well with an Aboriginal approach and perspective. As an Aboriginal woman Audra feels that there are many who can benefit from teachings and mentoring in fitness, health and wellness. Audra’s intention is to be a force for the positive in educating, inspiring and motivating towards positive lifestyle choices. A belief in the human spirit, resiliency and feeling excited that when people have support in their lives and the tools of information to motivate, inspire, and educate makes initiatives all worthwhile! Fitness, health and wellness are one of the tools that can be put in the hands of people and this is her aim. Audra has started a Fitness, health & wellness page on Face Book where motivation, inspiration and education are promoted.
