How much anger do you have? Do you even know? We are going to go over a checklist of questions to get a better idea that many times when I say I am anxious, bored, depressed, or frustrated, I might really be ANGRY!!!!!! Here is a sample on the checklist:
When something irritates me, I find it hard to get calmed down quickly;
Sometimes I could be described as moody;
People who know me would say I am stubborn.
