Tonight- Three bills defining a medical cannabis distribution system for Michigan have passed the Michigan Senate and House and are expected to be signed by the governor soon. MILegalize lost it's last ditch effort to make the 2016 ballot- but continues to fight and vows another petition drive if also kept from being on the ballot for the 2018 elections.
