Tonight- The Michigan State Senate passed SB660 on Wednesday Nov. 13, which would allow medical marijuana patients the option of obtaining up to two ounces per month of tested cannabis from a pharmacy in lieu of participating in the Michigan Medical Marihuana Program. Also Michigan representatives and senators, along with a representative of the National Patients Rights Association (NPRA), visited the Canadian company in Saskatoon, responsible for the powerful lobbying effort behind the "pharma grade" marijuana bill.
Robin Schneider, the Legislative Chairwoman for the NPRA visited the Prarie Systems operation in Saskatoon Canada along with Michigan State Representatives and Senators. While there, Robin spoke with members of the Canadian Parliament and those responsible for growing and providing medical marijuana to Canadian patients.
