You can do it at home or in a classroom. It's great for reducing stress and allowing for greater relaxation and sleep altho once you get into it, you find it's more than just a way to workout and keep in shape. It is a philosophy, a passion and a way of life for many of those involved. Initially you probably get into yoga for the exercise, but you find yourself enjoying the benefits more than you realized. Some of the physical benefits can be: increased flexibility; increased strength; improved balance; increased stamina and improves body alignment (reduces joint pain).
