I know these are the foundations to bring about a mind, body, spirit connection to my goals of a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Now that we have our affirmations for the day, let’s begin to explore and define Emotional wellness.

Emotional Wellness refers to building an awareness of and accepting one's feelings and moods.

It includes finding ways to encourage positive thinking and acceptance of oneself.

Emotional Wellness is:

Important to our physical, intellectual, spiritual and social lives, if you’re overcoming adversity your reconditioning requires strong mind, body and soul.

Your self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-confidence determines how you will approach the changes in your life. When we are confident with the choices we are making, it shows in all we do, family relationships, our professional presence.
