Tonight we discussed working with pulled groins and where exactly that is and what to not do with them.  Also, knock knees were looked at in terms of how to identify and what muscular imbalances were occuring in order to better work towards ideal alignment.  The mechanics behind hyperextension in joints (particularly knees) and how this is different from knock knees was also addressed.
