Aging is not the only factor in osteoarthritis. Nor are your genes. If it were simply aging, then everyone of a certain age would have similar degrees of arthitis in the spine. That is not the case. If it were genes, each of our spines would wear down fairly evenly. That seldom happens. What else is going on? The answer is: Plenty.
Tune in whether you are young enough to prevent it (never too young) or old enough to know first hand how it can interfere with one's enjoyment of life (never too old to improve).
