    Bishop Rudolph W. McKissick, Jr., is Senior Pastor of Bethel Baptist Institutional Church, located in Jacksonville, Florida. McKissick is uniquely gifted at blending styles of worship from the very contemporary and urban down to the traditional without sacrificing one for the other. It has resulted in a church that is built around a unique diversity of persons from various age groups and cultures who all gather together in celebrative worship. He has been noted in The African American Pulpit as one of the “Twenty to Watch” and has had sermons published in several books and publications. McKissick serves as a professor at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio in the capacity of doctoral mentor, where students have been selected as McKissick Academic Fellows, sitting under his academic mentorship as they work towards their earned Doctor of Ministry degree. In June of 2008, he was consecrated and elevated into the high office of Bishop in the Lord’s church within the Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship International, under the leadership of Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. and serves as the Bishop of the state of Florida for the Fellowship. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Jacksonville University with a double major in the field of music: one in Opera and the other in Sacred Church Music, with a minor in pipe organ performance. He holds the Master of Divinity Degree from the Samuel Proctor School of Religion at Virginia Union University, and the Doctor of Ministry Degree from the United Theological Seminary. Bishop McKissick was awarded the honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Bethune Cookman College. He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., as well as Sigma Pi Phi Boule. He is married to the former Kimberly Joy Nichols and they are the proud parents of three beautiful children; Jocelyn, Janai and Joshua.

    As a prolific man of God with a passion for ministry, Bishop Steven M. Arnold is part of the driving force to a new era in church ministry. Bishop Arnold believes that it is the responsibility of the church to reach out to the lost, hungry and hurting, and to lead them to Christ so that their lives can be transformed. As the Senior Pastor for St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock since 1989, he has lead the congregation from 300 to more than 7,000 members and seen ministry growth abound in evangelism, outreach, and discipleship. "It's not just about the numbers, but about the quality of disciples we are generating," he says. "I strive to impact the lives of every believer entrusted to me so that they might be able to make a difference in the lives of those around them. That is what the church should be about - meeting the needs of others." His civic and philanthropic contributions are consistent with his commitment to public service. Under his guidance, community and cooperative outreach relationships with faith and community based organizations have strengthened throughout the state of Arkansas and the mid-south region. He founded the Fellowship of Christian Churches, Incorporated (FCC). He has since served as Presiding Bishop of FCC as overseer and mentor to more than 20 churches in a three state area. He also received the 2003 NCCJ Humanitarian of the Year Award. Bishop Arnold is married to Shanta Arnold and they share six children.

    The Best Is Yet To Come

    Doctor Maurice Watson was born the 7th of 8 children to Ulysses and Juanita Watson on July 21, 1960, in Little Rock, Arkansas. At the age of 16, he accepted the call to preach the gospel and two years later was ordained. His first pastorate was at St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock, where he served for seven years. In November 1988, at the age of 28, Pastor Watson accepted the call to pastor the Salem Baptist Church in Omaha, Nebraska, where he served for 15½ years. Salem’s membership grew from 1,200 to more than 3,500 and the ministry was able to move into a new 42,000-square-feet, multi-million dollar facility by January 2000. In 2004, sensing a new call of God on his life, Pastor Watson accepted the senior pastorate of Beulahland Bible Church in Macon, Georgia, and there began his current assignment in April 2004. God opened the windows of Heaven and began to pour out blessings upon this ministry. Using Pastor Watson as a vessel, God has been able to touch the hearts of many causing Beulahland to grow adding souls to the ministry. With the primary goal of Changing the World from Middle Georgia, Watson’s leadership took Beulahland to a second location of worship in Warner Robins, Georgia in February 2005. After 5½ months of worship, the church was able to close on 13 acres of land to build a new worship facility for the Warner Robins area. In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Watson also has a dynamic itinerant preaching ministry that extends across the continent and globe. He has been described as one of the premier preachers of our generation and is well-known and sought after for his anointed, sound and understandable proclamation of God's Word. In 2002, he served as the morning worship preacher at the Annual Hampton Ministers’ Association Conference where he later served as the conference preacher in 2005. Pastor Watson is motivated by his love for people, his love for preaching, and his belief that no one is beyond God’s reach.
