Join Tyler Johnson and Kathleen (Katfish) Deutsch as they have an in depth look in to setting up and stocking a nanoreef

Katfish's bio;

Kathleen (Katfish) Deutsch has had her hand in a fish tank since she was a baby. Her uncles raised livebearers to sell in the Chicago area in the 1940's-50's and she had her first indoor tank before age 5. Pursuing a biology degree, she tried to figure out a way to care for fish as a job. She raised two children and their carnival-won goldfish in many 10 gallon tanks in their bedroom. Her dream came true when she landed a job in the hatchery of the esteemed Beldt's Hatchery and helped out with the 2000 tanks of freshwater fish and plants they kept. She was put in charge of the newly-installed saltwater section in 2000, though she continued to work with the freshwater creatures as well. Katfish and her family have been involved with the Missouri Aquarium Society, the IFGA, ACA, AGA and AKA, as well as helping with other aquarium clubs. She has been Vice President a couple times and held other jobs. She is currently working in outreach with the Aquatic Gardeners Association. Katfish is a fish club auctioneer-in-training. She loves getting a look at each bag as it goes by. Her home currently has 7 tanks, down from 65, but she is working on a fishroom as of now. Favorite fish include: West African Cichlids, octopus, seahorses, and of course catfish of all kinds.
