    Thanksgiving eating help. Can you actually enjoy your meal?

    Ok, I know how tough this holiday can be.  I want to help you actually enjoy it this year.   That means; how to eat in moderation without guilt, stress or the appetite of a wildebeast.  I dedicated a whole show to helping you.

    Thanksgiving Tips 

     Exercise Tip
    Get up and move your body the night before and morning of Thanksgiving.  Do something active so you feel good about the calories you will consume later.
     
    Eating Tip
    Eat great the night before and the morning of to set up a positive feedback loop.  This will help you feel better, be less hungry and be more in control.
     
    Mind/Body Tip
    This is the most important strategy.  Forget the guilt, frustration, deprivation, etc. about not being able to eat what you want.  Use this powerful strategy that changed my life; Allow yourself to eat anything in any amount on Thanksgiving.  Feel ok about it because you exercised and ate well leading up to it.   You know what will happen?  You'll probably eat less because you reversed the relationship and changed your perceptions.  That's what 5 Minutes to Fitness is all about.
