    Exercise Tip
    Try this exercise to test your fitness level.  They are called "Total Bodies" and where shown to me by my friend Arnold Vilar.  Ready?  First squat down to the floor, next thrust both feet out backwards, do a pushup, jump back to the squat position, and finally stand up.  If you can do 10 you are in "great shape"  If you can do 5 you are "decent shape"  If you can't do one you might want to put the donut down and step away from the TV :-)
     
    Eating Tip
    This tip comes from "Triathlon Jane".  Write down everything you eat for 1 week.  this includes serving sizes and what you drink.  People who lose weight and keep it off all keep food journals.  And guess what, it actually works because you will be shocked with how much you really are eating!
     
    Mind/Body Tip
    Have a vision.  I've said it before and I'll say it until it you do it.  I had a vision to meet Dr. Oz and I did the things that led to that vision coming true.  What is your vision.  What does your compelling future look like?
