This half hour installment of On The Money with Peter Hebert is titled "The Federal Reserve and Mortgage Servicing Fraud." The first half of this segment is the written testimony that was submitted to the Committee on Financial Services in the U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday, July 7, 2011. The mortgage servicing and foreclosure fraud problems were created by the Mortgage Electronic Registration Service, better known as MERS, which deputized big bank employees to commit fraud on borrowers and the courts. The Federal Reserve's comments were silent on MERS. The second half of this segment is commentary and analysis on mortgage servicing fraud from Msfraud.org. This is a pre recorded show
