    Subject-To Investing... and How To Profit Using This Methodology

    Last week I had Pablo Simmonds as my quest and he shared with us how he is within 2 properties from being independently wealthy.  What a great story.

    This week I am going to head down a path I affectionately refer to as, Creative Real Estate Investing. 

    This week I will spending some time with Nick Johnson a very successful real estate investor who is an expert in the area of Subject-To investing.  While I will admit that I am not extensively versed in this approach to real estate investing, in fact this approach is not legal in the state of Maryland, there are many states where this is the only approach to investing that is working due to homes values equaling sales prices and the lack of financing for investors.
