Connie pursued psychology at Northeastern University and worked for Cabot Corporation in Boston. During my early years in the Washington, DC area, I worked as a case worker liaison with federal agencies and as an assistant to the Presidential Counselor, Special Assistant to the President. I became one of the youngest office managers on Capitol Hill. When my children were born I left the government to be home with my children. I launched a ten year court reporting/transcribing business and overlapped it with a medical transcription division I started as well. After 20 years of being in business, all efforts were directed to the medical transcription business and that continues to exist with close to 20 medical transcriptionists.

My passion, however, has been totally my comF5 business which was launched 7 years ago. Having grown up in a small business environment and having a business background myself, I realized that businesses needed to change their marketing to become more current if they were to remain in business! It is here that I provide a marketing solution to any marketing problem and I have an array of mobile, digital, text and email marketing products and specialize in personalized mobile apps, email marketing, SMS texting, live broadcasting/webinar capability via computer or through cell phones and each of those products can be a la carte or can work in tandem. I have been fortunate enough to speak internationally and have a sales forces in about every state of the United States plus in 9 countries. Connie is the CEO, President & Founder of Banford Enterprises (Services & Marketing, Building Teams), comF5, and CEO, President & Founder of Johnson & Warren, Inc. (Medical Transcription).
