Personality Speaking welcomes Nate and Tia Titus  to discuss the topic "A Realized Personality". This dynamic couple is going to share with us their struggle with going to prison and how they re-entered society to reach back to help others who had the same struggles.  This is also Nate and Tia's love story with each other and God.  

Nathaniel and Tia are the Founders of H.E.L.P. Management Services. They have a heart to help God's people.  For more than 16 years, they have dedicated themselves to helping men and women coming out of the prison system, being returning citizens themselves, they thrive to help them transition and become productive citizens in their community as well as intricate re-entry into the lives of their own families. Being re-entrants themselves, they can identify after facing some of the same adversities with regards to not being selected for numerous employment opportunities and a host of similar setbacks due to their past.

 

H. E. L. P. Management Services was birth due to their passion of wanting to help the future returning citizens upon their release. The 'help' stands for Helping Everyone Leave Poverty, whether it is an impoverished mentality, geographical change, not having a two parent household and definitely the lack of finances.

 

Nate and Tia Titus have been successful in maintaining their marriage for almost 17 years in spite of their challenges and are very engaged in the education of their five (5) children, Jontia, Nikki, Taiwo, Tion and Touren.

 

They will continue to support and encourage others with a special emphasis on the men and women to help get them to the next level of their life and for them not to give up based on prior convictions.
