Join Mark and Carolyn, April 10, 2013 at Noon EST, as we talk with our guest Beth Terrence, a Shaman, Facilitator and Holistic Practitioner whose mission is to help others live a heart-centered, balanced and joyful life by discovering the healer within. Her story, "Lost and Found: Birth of a Shaman", focuses on her experiences of growing up with a mentally ill parent and how that journey was a gateway to her path as a Shaman. The message that Beth shares is that it is by being willing to go into our shadow parts or the most painful places within ourselves that we ultimately find our greatest gifts,  strengths and the light that we can bring forth into the world through actualizing our soul purpose. Beth will share strategies  and insights for cultivating a loving relationship with ourselves as well as some simple techniques to transform the resistance that may arise as we begin to access the healer within.
