A show that many people in our community have asked for...Dealing with the guilt we all experience.

Joining the show today is Chronic Pelvic Pain expert therapist, Alex Milspaw. She is here to discuss ways in which we can learn to let go of the guilt we all feel in one way or another as we live with chroni pelvic pain. This is a sensitive subject, and something that effects all of us from time to time. I am very excited to have on Alex whom is a very well rounded and brilliant Therapist!
