Don't look now, but "Geno & The Jets" see the lights of New York beaming with victory over Brady's Patriots. Mark Sanchez who? The newly unveiled 2013 NBA Power Rankings are in the following order: Heat, Spurs, Pacers, Clippers, Bulls. No OKC! What about Brooklyn and Houston, and who doesn't belong in this pre-season top 5?
