POW Radio interviews Warren Phillips as we discuss an attempt by forces within the Federal government to impose the National Farm Animal Identification System on our farmers and ranchers. This will raise food costs, allow the Federal government total control over the nations food resources, and may even make it illegal for you to have a home garden! The winners will be giant agri corporations who operate on a scale that allows them to comply with burdensome regulations, or lobby for exemptions from them. The losers will be the average operator. We will also examine other issues of the day, such as Congressman (and now Senate candidate) John Boozman's defense of his bailout vote.
