ATTENTION: BANK OF AMERICA ADDS TO THE BAIL-OUT ISSUE......

Watch out America. One of the largest banks in this country is slowly releasing its own customers to take over its takeover of Country Wide and Merrill Lynch & Co. Boycott the bank, pull your accounts out. This bank is part of the current failure in this nation. They could care less of the average citizen. For the last five years it has been known that Bank of America gave accounts and credit cards to millions of illegal immigrants. Now as a slap in the face to hard-working citizens, their credit division is tightening its belt with their own customers by closing thousands of credit accounts because of PAST or current credit issues with other accounts. That's right past issues or current, even though the economy is struggling, they are closing accounts and leaving a bad mark card files....They could care less if you have been a faithful customer of 4 or 5 years. Their NEW credit standard is changed..Even if you have had an account for 3 or 4 years and never late a payment, they will shut you down for your past problems. They do not even care if has anything to do with the credit problem of the last year. Its funny, they just brought two companies that failed. They could care less of their own customer base. A bank that cared for its customers would have giving its customer a chance in light of the current financial crisis. Their CEO states, "Bank of America helps build strong communities by creating opportunities for people — including customers, shareholders and associates — to fulfill their dreams." Who is he fooling?

I was injured in Iraq in 2004-2005. I am totally disabled fighting an injury case with the DOL, KBR, and AIG. I have a small disability check and struggle month by month to exist. I did not ask to get hurt, I just want to be treated fairly. I want to be seen by a doctor, be evaluated, be treated, and to be compensated for my injuries. I can not work. I have no insurance at all for my family(medical-dental-life-etc.) Now after having an account with Bank of America for almost 3 years they have closed my credit account down because of past overdue accounts. I started with B of A to redo my credit. And after a 1 1/2 years of a secured deposit account they advanced to regular platinum account with more benefits. I never made a late payment and always paid 3-4 times more than regular payment. I want to pay off my debt, but it is impossible because of my disability. I owe over $ 115,000 with debt and student loans. I barely pay current bills. In the last 2-3 years I have kept my accounts in good standings. My credits issues start in 2005 and go back to 1995. I am in the financial black hole. I get a letter from B of A today and it says account closed due to a pattern of late payments on accounts with other creditors. What the hell? They knew this when they advanced me a year ago to the other card. I have no late payments in the past 3 years. The bad history ran from 2005-1995 and I could do nothing about it. If I would have been treated and taken care of by AIG in 2005. I would not be in this situation today. Without treatment, evaluation,  or insurance how can work to pay off debt? Now comes the slap in my face after trying to reestablish my credit. Bank of American is the worst representation of a friendly, concerned neighbor bank. How can CEO & President Boast:
