    Congressional Democrats Plan to exclude debate on Obama's budget

    Obama's budget is advancing through private meetings in Congress.  Leaks from those meetings indicate the following:
     
    SOCIALIZED MEDICINE
    They are going to hold a hard line on the first wave of Socialized Medicine (Medicare was predicted to go bust by 2019 BEFORE the housing bubble burst). 
    Their answer is not to invest in markets to come up with extra funds, it is to grow the consumer base so that the young pay for the old twice (once through payroll tax, twice through redistribution of heath insurance funds that go largely unused by those who are healthy and young.)  The redirection of taxes and health insurance minimize risk of loss, but have finite growth potential for supporting retirees who will increase by 30 percent in the next decade.  I have not heard if this financing plan would have sufficient capacity to handle this growth.  I do know that Obama, like Clinton is looking to "control healthcare costs".   In Obama speak this means keeping you out of the clinics and creating enough chaos to get more unions to form in healthcare.
     
    ENERGY CONSUMPTION LIMITATION
    As for Cap and Trade, they can't come up with a way to shield power company customers from costs of Cap and Trade and fear that would cost them the 2010 Congressional Elections.  SORRY AL!  Obama did talk about "Smart Meters" that would "help control energy consumption".  In Obamaspeak that means that you would lose power like those in Iraq do now, but be intentionally ingnored in trying to restore your power beyond your quota according to the graphs created from your reported usage.
     
    Fillibuster breaking tactics are planned to ramrod this nasty piece of legislation through.
