    The Great Fenway Park Writers Series - My Interview With George Mitrovich: SUPERB!

    It's on nights like this that I most love the BlogTalkRadio experience. The "chatizens" were in rare form, as always. Their presence is what makes me strive to do better and better. As usual, they were familiar with the topic at hand: the legacy of Buck O'Neil and the larger issues surrounding America's pastime, baseball. George Mitrovich is a man of many accomplishments. He was exceedingly gracious and affable during our 90 minute conversation. He has promised to return to the show in the future, perhaps during the post-season. For those of you in the Boston area, please consider attending the upcoming July 28th Fenway Park Writers session where Robin Wright will discuss the future of the Middle East. Talking baseball, one of my favorite subjects, with a loyal audience and  a wonderful raconteur, George Mitrovich. It doesn't get better than that!
