Whitney Davis, the hard working Faulkner County Coordinator for the Arkansas Campaign for Liberty tells us about her recent trip to Las Vegas, NV and the C4L Regional Conference. Whitney will be attending the University of Arkansas as a Freshman this fall with her majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in International Business. Whitney is a not only a great person to be around, but one of the hardest workers we have here in Arkansas. Her dedication to the cause of liberty is certainly appreciated.

Walter Reddy has been a Constitutional Activist since 1970. Starting in 1970, he succeeded in collecting petitions which called for a Constitutional amendment, giving 18 year old's the right to vote, the 26th Amendment. In 1994, he collaborated with a group of 10 Constitutional activists that lobbied Hawaii legislators and got them to introduce and pass a 10th Amendment resolution. Within 2 years, more than 22 States followed with similar legislation. Also in 1994, Walter and other patriots converged on the Philadelphia, PA State Capital and successfully lobbied State legislators to stop the calling for a Constitutional Convention that would seek to replace the U.S. constitution with a U.N."New States Constitution". On Independence day, July 4 2008, Walter Founded Committees of Safety organization.

On July 4th, the Philadelphia area's most prominent patriots RE-DECLARING OUR INDEPENDENCE!!! Philadelphia, the birthplace of our nation is renowned for its Independence Day celebrations, 2009 may be the best ever! Indeed! The Pennsylvania Patriots glided through the city of Brotherly love parade on a Campaign for Liberty float. Tonight, we'll hear from those Pennsylvanian Patriots involved in the parade.

Michael Badnarik decided to run for President in February of 2003 at the urging of friends, as well as students of his popular "Introduction to the Constitution" class. To secure the Libertarian Party nomination, he traveled over 25,000 miles campaigning across the U.S. in the 15 months leading up to the Partys National Convention in Atlanta. Although Michael was clearly the underdog, he won the nomination after three close ballots. Visit Michael's website http://www.constitutionpreservation.org Adam Kokesh realized that, “the greatest enemies of the Constitution to which I swore an oath to support and defend, are not to be found in the sands of some far off land, but rather occupying the seats of power, right here at home!” After receiving an honorable discharge in November of 2006, Adam moved to Washington, DC to pursue a master's degree in Political Management at George Washington University. Since then, he has taken it upon himself as an activist to continue to honor his oath to the Constitution and the principles of liberty behind it. Adam is personally committed to using his life to make the world a better place. By speaking out, he is pulling people out of their bubbles where, “they don't consider things that don't immediately effect their quality of life or the moral implications of their actions.” Driven by a deep intolerance for injustice, Adam has also done extensive work to alleviate, minimize, and prevent the human suffering that inevitably arises from forceful government intervention. Adam is will be trying to give Ron Paul some help by running for Congress in New Mexico.

This July 4th, the Philadelphia area's most prominent patriots will be RE-DECLARING OUR INDEPENDENCE!!! Philadelphia , the birthplace of our nation is renowned for its Independence Day celebrations, 2009 may be the best ever! We wanted to create the opportunity for people to participate and take advantage of what the City of Brotherly Love has to offer. This will be an all day celebration of freedom. Starting in the morning we will gather at Independence Mall to board our float in the Welcome America Parade, a televised event sponsored by Sunoco. After the parade, we'll head over to our table at Independence Mall near the tea parties. Come out to hear some prominent members of the freedom movement share their thoughts on the founders, the founding documents, their intent, and the true meaning of liberty. The entire day will feature speakers from all walks of life, and will offer the widest range of views to hit the freedom movement yet. NOTE: Campaign for Liberty's participation in this event is limited to the float in the Welcome America Parade, along with hosting a table for hands-on Q&A along with a petition drive at Independence Mall. The speaker portion of the day is a completely separate event from the Campaign for Liberty. Come out and show your support for an all day celebration of freedom!
