MILITARY AUTHOR RADIO

MAY 7, 2013 GUEST:

COL. ROBERT KAN, USAF (RET.)

Author:  (I Am) A Real American

Military Author Radio, www.militaryauthorradio.com with Director Dr. Tom Gauthier and Dari Bradley CEO of Patriot Media, Incorporated, are delighted to spend time with Col. Robert Kan, continuing our support of Military Authors.

During the Vietnam War, in 1965 as a USAF Pilot, Kan was shot down over North Vietnam and later rescued.

Col Bob Kan, USAF (Ret.) is a third generation Japanese American (JA). born and raised in Hawaii. As a 7-year-old, Bob told his Mom he wanted to be a pilot.  When he was nine-years old, he witnessed Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor. As the war raged, Bob was selling newspapers on the streets of Honolulu to soldiers and sailors, many in Hawaii on their way to fight the enemy forces in the Pacific

(I Am) A Real American is not about racial discrimination, rather a humorous account of historical events that have crossed his path throughout his lifetime.  Join us for a humorous program with Col Bob Kan, he is a Real American, and a very funny one, too!
