Using PEP to Shift Careers

About a year ago Lori Pasareno-Wilson decided to embark upon a change in her career path.  She went looking for some tools to help guide her process and she ended up finding the Path Elements Profile and the Path Mission Statement strategy.   As I listened to her share some of her insights and discoveries in her process it seemed obvious to me that others would or could benefit from her story.  I was most intrigued by her use of the Four Elements and Path Elements Profile in particular and how she navigated change through that lens.  Enjoy the show.  You will find that she brings fresh perspective to the career change adventure.
