  Grant Writing Made Easy
  

  On February 5, 2009, President Barack Obama signed an executive order establishing the new White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships ("Faith-Based office") which is intended to "work on behalf of Americans committed to improving their communities, no matter their religious or political beliefs." Do you realize most ministries,churches and community organizations are unaware of the resources that are available to help them in their community.
  
  Most ministries suffer because of lack of funding. Its now available to you through the Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnership. Are you ready? Grant Writing Consulting Hourly Rate* An hourly rate applies to short duration requests such as grant proposal availability research, evaluation, or review; or the actual writing of a section of a grant proposal. Project Base* Grant writers are often paid a flat fee when they are involved with a major portion of the grant proposal process.
  
  This fee is negotiated between a Certified Grant Writer and the grant seeker, and is relative to the required services. Coach / Consultant* Some administrators prefer one-on-one counseling, specific to their issues. In the mentoring option, grant seekers are matched with a qualified grant consultant /coach. The coach will assist the grant seeker by providing guidance, suggestions, and expertise; "How to" in all aspects of grant proposal development, including organizational readiness,researching funding sources, proposal writing, budget development, 501 (c)(3) application completion, business plan development, and strategic planning. Part Time Contractual Employee*
  
  Many growing organizations would like to have a grant writer on their staff but are not quite able to financially commit to another paid staff position. Now you can hire a part-time grant consultant, in your organization's field of expertise, on a part-time basis. Perhaps you are looking for a grant writing consultant on a half-time, or even quarter-time basis; maybe just to see if it would be feasible long-term to have such a position permanently on staff.
