    Hindu Vedas to Christian Bible

    From Hindu Vedas to Bible:
I was born and brought up in a very orthodox Hindu Brahmin family. I am from the state of Andhra Pradesh India, and am the only son to my parents. According to Hinduism, Brahmin caste is the highest of all the castes. When I came to the age of knowing things I could see two family temples in our property. My father used to do all the ceremonies according to Hindu customs. Therefore the people of that locality began to respect him and call him as “swami”. From my child hood I used to go to the temple every day morning and learned the Hindu slokas and Mantras. I was the one who was conducting all the Hindu rituals in our family temple. So I also had a desire to become a Hindu priest just like my father had been.
I hold a bachelors degree in commerce as well as in Hindu mythology which is in Sanskrit language. I have sound knowledge of all the Hindu sacred books such as Ramayana, Mahabharata and Bhagavad-Gita. And I was appointed as a priest in Hindu temple with good salary. Later I refused to accept that position because I had many doubts about Hinduism itself. All these things were happening while I was studying in the 10th grade.  Earlier I used to worship Ram, Krishna and Ganapathi for several times a day but I was totally frustrated because none of those gods gave me joy and peace that I was seeking for.  I had lot of questions about God and Hinduism in my mind.  A Christian friend of mine told me that there is only one living God and His name is Jesus. He showed me many references from the bible to support his point of view but I showed him many references from the Vedas to support my stand. We had a great dispute between us and I told my friend if your God can speaks to me then I will accept Him as my personal Savior. Then my friend took me to a local Christian pastor, I heard the gospel through him, as advised by the pastor I went on 10 days fasting prayer. I went to a small room and knelt down to pray as I had a desire to see the real Lord. I did not know anything about prayer, so from 10th day onwards I began to pray and used the name of Jesus and at that moment, my awareness of the surroundings departed from my mind. Then I could see a vision – that one person was hanging on the cross before my spiritual eyes and that he was suffering, by looking at this scene, I began to cry without any control, the tears began to flow from my eyes Lord Jesus Christ appeared to me with a glorious light and said "I have ordained you when you are in your mother’s womb and I have chosen you as my chosen vessel."  Suddenly, I could feel somebody touching me then I thought that it was my Pastor who was calling me. But when I opened my eyes, there was nobody in the room. Then I came out of the room and I could feel a great change in my life.  I could feel the awesome presence of the living God in my life. Then I realized that the God who works in this place is greater than the gods and goddesses of my religion. I committed myself to the Lord and confessed my sin to Him and accepted Him as my personal Savior then I took water baptism. Later, God led me to the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. My Dad rebuked me and scolded me badly because he could not accept a Brahmin like me accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.  According to my Dad all Christians are of low caste and he ill-treated me very badly.  He shouted at me inside the room for many days without giving me food, in short I can say he treated me just like a dog. I did my best to explain my dad that Christianity is not a religion but a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. When he heard this he became very angry and threw all my belongings outside the house and asked me to leave.  Even during such a situation I praised my God and explained to my dad that Jesus is the only true God, the living God and the only Savior in this world.
Later on my dad told me that if I leave Jesus he would give all his earthly possessions to me.  I boldly said “I want only Jesus” and not this worldly wealth, with every fiber of my being I want to proclaim the Gospel. He took my suitcase and threw it out,  I carried it and came out of my house without knowing where to go.  That time I met a Christian pastor who told me that God has called me for his full time ministry. Again I fasted and prayed. God spoke to me in different ways to be committed for his gospel work and his ministry.
The Lord spoke to me through the verse from Ezekiel 2:13 and Lord told me to go to the city of Chennai, India. There God showed me that I should join a bible college and when I went there they asked me to pay the fees. At that time I didn’t have a single penny with me. So, I sold my gold ring and started to study the bible there. After six months they called me and said that the duration for the money which I have paid has expired. Then the Lord showed me to go to another bible college and there I could study the bible course by paying fees by my work scholarship. As soon as I finished my bible education, I joined the ministry and from past 15 years I am doing it successfully by the help of Holy Spirit.

    Leprosy Ministry

    HEALING THE BROKEN HEARTED

Leprosy, down through the ages, the most dreaded and feared disease of mankind. The sad fact is that leprosy is still thriving in the nation of India and it has victimized hundreds of thousands of people. This disease is often called the "living death" because of its appalling effects on the victim's body, causing gruesome disfigurement, permanent disability, blindness, and untold suffering and sad. These unfortunate people are ostracized by their society, Watch rare shocking footage and hear the heart-wrenching life stories of India's 'untouchables'...
Reaching Out to those stricken with the dreaded disease of leprosy

In our Rural Mission, the Lord is bringing His revival and is saving and mending the hearts of those with leprosy, the poor, and the desolate and is transforming them to bring glory to His sovereign name. We reached one village with the Gospel that was stricken with utter poverty, diseases, and deformities where people were engaged in Satan worship.

We have lot of burden on these lepers and we show our love and concern towards them. Who have been labeled as "untouchables”.

In serving the people we had the passion to help and show the love and concern to the lonely helpless Leprosy people. We have committed to help the leprosy patients, there are 7/1000 are leprosy patients in India. They are rejected and outcaste of the least. Hence our hearts were moved to give them a helping hand. And we will preach the Gospel. We are conducting prayer cells in leprosy colony. We realized they need comfort. We see generally public is very scared to go near them, hence they are left all alone. We meet them on Streets, Markets and Road Corners, we talk to them, and we listen to their grievances. We say them the comforting words, and Jesus loves them, which really mean a lot to them. We visit Leprosy colonies.

    Can you imagine…

...having hands and feet, but unable to feel...
...having a home, but unable to live in it...
...having family and friends, but no one to care for you...
...having skills, but unable to work...
...having eyes, but unable to see...

All because you have leprosy… Hopeless???For the more than 3 million people suffering with leprosy in India today, it may seem so.
But there is a CURE and there is HOPE!
    Can you imagine…
...giving someone the gift of Love...
...giving someone the gift of hope...

You can have compassion on the lepers the way Jesus did. You can make a life-changing difference for one person with leprosy today by sponsoring a person who has nothing in this world... You can show that person something new to them ... Love.

"Assuredly I say to you, in as much as you did it one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me." Mt 25:40
Watch rare Photo’s and Video's of our outreach to the poorest of the poor in India, those stricken with leprosy.
