Eighteen year old Cleashindra Hall-Clea to her friends and family, left her home for her clerical job with Dr. Larry Amos, a dentist in Pine Bluff, AR. He’s known as the "Man of 10,000 Sound Effects" for his ability to make realistic sound effects using only his voice. America discovered actor-comedian Michael Winslow in the mid 1980s when he played the role of Sgt. Larvell Jones in the Police Academy movies.
On Monday, February 4, at 12pm EST, listeners will get to hear an up close and personal conversation with the man behind the sound effects as Michael Winslow joins Host Beverly Mahone on her show, “Passions” on BlogTalk Radio. The actor-comedian and baby boomer will talk about his resurgence on the big and little screen and how he keeps going at midlife.
“It is an honor to interview Michael,” says talk show host, Beverly Mahone. “What people don’t know is that he’s been working all along since Police Academy and traveling all over the world.” Winslow is preparing for a European Tour later this month.
