In Partnerunning Show #100 we interviewed running legend Ron Clarke who told us running back-to-back events was important for him as he set 19 world records.

Last weekend we ran with Dale Huang who has run a marathon for well over 100 weekends in a row and is continuing on.

Yesterday we received a question on Twitter asking for tips on running back-to-back marathons.

We are currently training for a 100 miler in New Zealand and back-to-back running has become an important part of our training.

In this episode we look at back-to-back events from the 5k to the 10k, half marathon, marathon and beyond. We explore the case for and against as well as offering tips on how and when to make it work.
