Have we put our lives ahead of our children by saying I am doing it to make a better life for my family. I am taking this job with more hours and more money in order to provide a better living for my family! I am going back to school to further my education so I can get a better job. In the meanwhile we don't make quality time for our children because we are drained from work and /or school. Then the years fly by and our children young adults are angry because they feltl neglected. So are we putting our lives ahead of children in the name of I am doing it for my famliy. When they dont care if you are living on the side of the road as long as you are present in their every day life.
