Involve the children in the business as much as is appropriate for their age is the suggestion of Drew and Summer Hornbeck, Co-Founders of New Vision Wilderness to Lon November 1, 2015. For example, they insist a commuter marriage is poor for children so when the possibility of moving from their program in Wisconsin to their program in Oregon this last year, it was fully discussed with the children and the decision to move was a unanimous decision by the Hornbecks and their two children. Listen to the Hornbecks describe the principles they followed and how they implemented them to build family unity and remove the possibility of work and parenting be at odds with each other.

"Pimping N' Pampers?"A parent's nightmare! A new trend among teenagers in this era of media influenced watchdogging of parents. Among hypocrisy, lies and deception of the ones who have been place and given our approval to sit on appointment, and oversee that equal justice and it's opportunity are available to every man woman and child be granted. The issues of parental rights and responsibilities have taken a turn, thus by, in hearing the pleas of parents of uncontrollable youths have another growing concern. Teenage boys getting girls pregnant and leading them into giving them money and all if government assisted aid that they receive to the (father of child) influential and sometimes abusive young men they have bore children. Theses young men are smooth talking, usually not reprimanded by parents or any adult supervision some nomadic and very charming. The argument of who is rearing the children is now debatable, but when it comes to financial responsibility the courts don't ask questions as to who will be prosecuted, penalized and even made to stand trial to the allegations of whatever law officials claim said youth committed. And surprising in homes amid the rich and the poor, kids are having babies and collecting state funded money and food stamps which actually is not even enough to raise a child in the current economic downgrade. Unemployment at a high for young black males in all cities arc roads the board, in California ranking 5 cities, are within the top ten of most unemployed in United States. Realistically with these statistics we need to talk with our kids about sex, marriage, financial responsibilities and the cost of raising children in an economically uncertain future of the new currency and choosing a productive career choices and objectives. Is the American Dream"16 and pregnant"the reality show what we really need to spin off our kids success at life?(347)327-9517

Raising children is a beautiful process that stretches and grows you in more ways than one. The journey involves spiritual, mental, and physical growth. Children bring to our lives a reflection of our inner selves. They show us our beliefs, our fears, and areas we can use some strength. The journey requires continuous support. Raising children alone can deplete the spirit of both the child and the parent raising the child. The child may have feelings of rejection and feel resentment toward the present parent and the absent parent. These feelings need to be expressed. So how do we allow children to vent in a way that is healthy without taking on feelings guilt as the parent that is around and active? Additionally, when the absent parent decides to return how do we allow the parent to return in a way that considers the child’s feelings and the longevity of the return? The wonderful Coach and Mediator Laura Richardson is returning to our show to share with us some practical tips and technique we can use to help us during the challenging strength building exercise of single parenthood.
