Cindy Ashton is a motivational performer, speaker, internationally published writer and expert in overcoming obstacles. Born with a 20% chance of living, Cindy underwent three heart surgeries by age fourteen and was left in chronic pain and with a damaged lung. She has recovered well beyond doctor's expectations.

Combining her extensive backgrounds in performing, education & kinesiology with her own real life experience, Cindy presents keynote speeches, interactive seminars and motivational concerts across North America. Using a powerful blend of story, song and hands on tools, Cindy offers her audience valuable information & skills while entertaining them.

A graduate with double honors from York University, her expertise includes advanced studies in relaxation, health psychology, and education. A true believer in holistic wellness, Cindy balanced out her western training w/ Reiki, the Chakra system, and meditation techniques.
