Listen to the Sat. Dec. 16, 2017 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the African National Congress National Elective Conference where a new leadership of the Republic of South Africa's ruling party will be selected; another bombing has been carried out against a police academy in the Horn of Africa state of Somalia; opposition parties and coalitions in the West African state of Togo has called for regional assistance in resolving a political standoff with the government of President Faure Gnassingbe; and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will soon pay a state visit to the Republic of Sudan.
