Listen to the Sat. Nov. 25, 2017 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the legacy of Republic of Zimbabwe President Robert G. Mugabe; anti-racist demonstrations were held in the city of Chicago against police violence; Seattle was also the scene of protests aimed at ending police misconduct against the African American people and other oppressed nations; and in contradiction to statement made by United States President Donald Trump, African Americans are gaining economic status in select areas around the country. In the second and third hours we continue our tribute to the life, times and contributions of Comrade President His Excellency Robert G. Mugabe. We review his liberation war history leading up to the independence of Zimbabwe in 1980. Finally we listen to President Mugabe's addresses before the United Nations General Assembly in 2016 and 2017.
