Listen to this special edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the crash of the Russian TU-154 aircraft after leaving Sochi leaving 92 reportedly dead on board. The aircraft was said by Pravda.ru to be heading to Syria to perform for Russian military forces operating inside the country. An editorial has appeared in the Zimbabwe Sunday Mail discussing next steps after the conclusion of the Zimbabwe African National Union Patriotic Front Party 16th National People's Conference held recently in Masvingo; the Nigerian government has announced that it has effectively cleared the Boko Haram group from its last stronghold near the Sambisa Forest in the northeast; and finally Republic of Sudan President announced an end to hostilities with rebel groups. In the second hour we continue with the fourth installment of the Dr. Martin Luther Kiing, Jr. Massey Lectures delivered over the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in December 1967. In the final segment we continue with our review of the life, times and contributions of Comandanate en Jefe President Dr. Fidel Castro who passed away last month in Cuba at the age of 90.
