    Headaches & Migraines: Causes and Cures with Kathryn Merrow, The Pain Relief Coach

    Headaches and migraines were the topic today at http://PainReliefRadio.com  There are a lot of causes for head pain and most often muscles are involved!

    We talked about the roles of tight muscles and poor, collapsing posture as causes of pain in your head.  We talked about how to correct your posture by strengthening your back.  You can get a strong back side easily by going to http://SimpleStrengthening.com where you will find exercises you can actually do in bed!

    We also covered some of the causes for migraine headaches including constipation.  Keep from getting constipated and you will have fewer migraines.  Besides a diet which doesn't have enough fruit or vegetables, seeds and nuts, constipation can also be caused by many medicines (including headache medication.)  Fiber "in a bottle" may also help.

    Ice for your neck and base of your skull, cold cloths for your forehead and eyes, and compression are three helpful ways to lessen your pain if you can't avoid a migraine headache.
