PMP: Taylor Ellwood and Elders

RevKess and KaliSara are joined again this weekend by Taylor Ellwood, the non-fiction editor for Immanion Press/Megalithica Books. The topic for the show is Elders and Leaders. Taylor, along with Shauna Aura Knight, is editing an anthology on Leadership in the Pagan community. The deadline for that anthology has been extended to September 30, 2014.

The topic of distinguishing "BNPs" from Elders and leaders has been coming up repeatedly this year. Taylor has recently published a blog on the topic in light of recent social media faux pas some of those "BNPs". Part of this show will address that blog post and the issue at large. Shauna will be joining the conversation on the 28th to share her take on things, she has been doing a leadershop blog series most of 2014.
