The Green Bay Packers brought some Christmas cheer to their fans with a win over the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field, ending the Vikings playoff hopes and keeping their own dreams alive.  They have set up what many predicted would become the match up to determine the NFC North: A week 17 game between the Packers and Detroit Lions.

Aaron Rodgers was surgical in dismantling the Vikings with a hand in five scores.  He and Jordy Nelson are the most prolific touchdown tandem in Packers history.  They put a stamp on the decline of the Vikings and established themselves as one of if not the hottest offenses in the league.  Are any comparisons to the 2010 team legit?  Are the Packers really the last team other playoff teams would want to face in the postseason?  Is Rodgers really a candidate for MVP?  What about the job Mike McCarthy has done in getting this team to respond to four straight losses?

Jacob and Jason talk about who stood out in the win over the Vikings and what the keys are to getting a big win in Detroit.  Can they continue on and take down the Lions with a shaky secondary?  Which match ups are most key?  Can the Packers defense hold up against a resurgent Matt Stafford and Lions offense to get a huge road win and secure a playoff spot?  It's all here on this latest Pulse of the Pack podcast!
