In this episode of Own Your Career, Catherine Milone President Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Inc. is Rod's guest. They will discuss the common themes and purpose to empowering our next generation through powerful curriculum, mentors and a mind-set ready to absorb business and career lessons to challenge the 21st Century.

Catherine has 22 years of business experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.  Prior to Junior Achievement of NJ, Catherine worked at ADP and had also served as the Vice-President of Marketing for Junior Achievement of New York where she began her post college career. In 2004, the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of NJ appointed Catherine as President, where she is charged to manage statewide operations that impacts nearly 50,000 students in 2,400 classrooms annually.
