Retired police officer Greg Reese and his wife Mercedes have dedicated themselves to educating the community and to make every effort to identify and stop human trafficking wherever they can find it.  They are in the forefront of leading actions to free children from these clutches and spend a great deal of time in this effort.

Sex trafficking within the U.S. is legally defined as commercial sex acts induced by force, fraud, or coercion or commercial sex acts in which the individual induced to perform commercial sex has not attained 18 years of age. The average age of entry into the commercial sex industry in the U.S. is between 12 to 14 years old.

Stopping Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST) is their mission. Greg & Mercedes work with many individuals and organizations to identify, extract and assist victims of these crimes. They get involved with EXODUS CRY, and their non-profit, Safe Passage OC, in Orange County, among others to build allies for this battle.

Greg works with and runs surveillance teams to identify victims and execute extractions and coordinates with local, regional and national law enforcement agencies in these efforts. The pair are driven to save these victims even if it is one at a time.
