Today's show, "How to Keep What You Earn to Pass on to future Generations  Taylor Oblad." 

 

Have you wondered how the rich got rich and how they keep their wealth?  It was usually from property owned and passed down from one generation to the next.

Do you know how that was/is done?  Usually it was done using a will, possibly a Trust, if they were smart, with a Power of Attorney.

This is especially important for African Americans to help establish, keep and pass on wealth.   

About Taylor:

Taylor Oblad is a native of Las Vegas who has deep roots in the Las Vegas Valley.  He is a graduate of both Cheyenne High School and UNLV, where he graduated with a degree in economics. Taylor traveled to San Diego where he studied law at California Western School of Law.  Taylor buckled down and graduated from the expedited two year law program.  While interning at a well-known estate planning firm in  Taylor created and implement both simple and sophisticated estate plans for the residents of San Diego.

Taylor was most recently was a staff attorney for one of the two Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustees in Las Vegas, NV.
