He has a thriving adoption and birth fathers rights practice. He's a Member of the Board of Directors for The Adoption Exchange (Denver, Colorado), and former Chairman of the Advisory Board for The Utah Adoption Exchange. He resigned as President of the Utah Adoption Council a month to go because of fraud and unethical adoption practices that far too many adoption professionals didn't want to correct.  Many would never even recognize there was a problem. He resigned for those and other reasons, and to form the new organization: The Utah Council for Ethical Adoption Practices. (UCEAP) pronounced "you keep". The basic principle: You make and KEEP promises and the highest adoption standards.

Matt is from/in Austrailia. He has dedicated his life to helping children in the USA and his own country. He has been involved in Children’s/parenting rights for about 6 months now. He has created quite a stir in the movement against CPS. He has made many radio appearances, and has a regular show on Mondays. He's determined to fight non-stop, and does not plan to give up as long as CPS takes children.
