We talk about what memories you have of abusing alcohol and did you learn your lesson.

  • Original Air Date:

OTTObox talks about Square Foot Gardening

***Warning*** This is half of a show. First, I was about eight minutes late starting. Second, I forgot to turn my mic on the the second half of the show. And the answer is about 32 sq ft. Read on... I was on a chat listening to a "progressive" show on blogtalkradio.com and people were complaining about too many chemicals to grow and protect food. I commented "Stop buying the food and grow your own." When someone typed "How many square feet does it take to feed a family of four." I didn't have an answer and the search was on. While searching for the answer I found the website www.squarefootgardening.com. I was impressed! The next day I had "All New Square Foot Gardening", one day reading and we are off to get material to make our first of six raised Square Foot Gardening beds.

Want to save the planet? With Mel's methods, there is less space needed (20% of traditional row gardening), little or no need for fertilizer, less water, less time, less of everything!

Long story short, this is what we will be discussing this week. We will reveal the answer to the above question during the show.
