Meet Kathy and Her Horrifying Story About Her Son

• Kathy's story is about her son Joshua's death, who died by hanging at the age of 10 in a barn on his Fathers property after years of abuse, Officer Involved Domestic Violence, Agencies, and Deputies who choose to look the other way when one of their own commits the crime of Domestic Violence, along with their interactions with The Santa Clara County, California Sheriff Department and Sheriff Laurie Smith directly, Sheriff Smith was promoted to Assistant Sheriff in 1990. One of her big tasks that year came in November of 1990 which was deciding what to do with the Sheriff Department's refusal to investigate Joshua's death 22 months earlier ~ the year she decided to steal Joshua's Justice. Kathy will share the injustice served to her after his death which started January 30th 1990 and continues to this day, including, but not limited to, PTSD / Depression. Kathy's story is of a mother, trying her best to put into words how she struggles in the space of my child being pushed to his death and suicide.  No mother should have to deal with things like this -- ever.
