Rev. Lynne Brown, Vice President of Silent Unity

Lynne is an ordained Unity minister and serves as vice president of the Silent Unity prayer ministry. Silent Unity was established by Unity founders Charles and Myrtle Fillmore in 1890. The prayer ministry is accessible 24/7 and receives nearly 2 million prayer requests each year from people of many different faith traditions.

Silent Unity maintains a continuous vigil of prayer, and hosts an annual World Day of Prayer event in September. September 13th, 2012 marks the 19th annual Unity World Day of Prayer. Individuals and spiritiual communities are encouraged to participate in vigils and other prayer activities - centered in a consciousness of oneness. A special 24-hour World Day of Prayer vigil is held each year at Unity World Headquarters located in Unity Village, Missouri. Silent Unity receives approximately 1 million names to hold in prayer during this event. Everyone is welcome to participate in the 24-hour prayer vigil - adding to the sacred energy and consciousness of prayer.

Lynne orchestrates the annual World Day of Prayer plans and event at Unity Village.
