The practice of studying fingernails as an indicator of health began over 3,000 years ago, as Chinese physicians studied their patients’ fingernails for telltale signs of illness.
In the second hour, Dr. Hildy will discuss avoiding inflammation. Our bodies use inflammation as a natural defense mechanism against environmental toxins and stress.
