Remember, Remember the 5th November...a week after the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy. Tonight I will be dedicating the show to all of my New York neighbors who have been affected by Sandy. I will be talking about ways in which you can help our community remain strong during these hard times.

My good friend Ben Hauck, Author, Actor and Comedian will be featured on the show as he talks to us about the Replacement Marathon he organized yesterday, his thoughts on the challenges New Yorkers have faced during these times, why it was so important that NY runners were able to follow through with their training and how he likens the event to his current book,"Long Form Improv."
